  • Evaluate the organizational structure of the EFPC (Closed Private Pension Entity), reviewing its governance and its hierarchy of authority levels.

  • Create, review, and adapt governance documents such as bylaws, regulations, rules, codes, policies, standards, manuals, and internal procedures.

  • Design the Technical Committees (Investments, Risks, Ethics, Products, Innovation, etc.).

  • To specify and monitor the ScoreCard and KPIs so that the statutory bodies can track the EFPC's progress and evaluate the Executive Board.
